The main herb in Regulate is Chaste Berry which is widely used in human herbal medicine to treat female hormonal problems. The full composition of Regulate is 1:2 liquid extracts of Chaste Berry (Vitex angus-castus), Hypericum (Hypericum perforatum), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis).

The suggested dose is:
Horses 10 – 20 mL twice daily
Ponies 5 – 10 mL twice daily
