Returns & Refunds
Unrequired goods must be returned within in 7 days with the receipt or under your name in our system. The Saddlery Barn reserves the right, to refuse goods returned that are not in the same condition as when they left the store. Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase and with original tags.
We stand by the consumer guarantee act, where we will replace or refund any faulty products as per warranty and under the guidance/advice of our suppliers and manufactures. Please note: All faulty items will be sent back to supplier for them to have a look
When possible, if items are the wrong size etc. we will make an exchange for the correct item. This excludes indent orders (goods ordered specifically for you), which can not be returned.
Exchanges and refunds cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 7 days or damaged goods will not be eligible for exchange or return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or an exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend that you send your returns by a track and trace system if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note there will be no refunds, exchanges or returns on most sale priced items, discounted items, or indent ordered goods.
Vouchers are non-refundable and will not be extended past the specified date on the original voucher.
Any purchases made on Farmlands or RuralCo cards are non-refundable. We will exchange for a store credit or product.
If accounts are not paid in full within 30 days they will be sent to a debt collection agency and any fees will be added to the outstanding amount. There will also be a 5% fee added per every month any account is outstanding.
While we do our best to keep our website up to date, there will be times where some products listed are not available. If your order can not be filled we will inform you ASAP. We will offer you an option to back order the item, an alternative item or a refund. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. Please also note that this website is not stock controlled.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving your order. If it is going to take longer, we will notify you by email. Please allow an extra 3 working days if your order is being delivered to a rural address. Please note couriered items cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address.

Our store is hosted by Shopify inc. they provide us with an online E-Commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, data bases and general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose direct payment through our gateway Px Pay to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
